Arrival and Departure Information
Arriving in Mumbai:
Please plan to arrive in Mumbai the night of November 6th / early morning November 7th, as the program will begin on the afternoon of the 7th. Rooms at the Taj Hotel should be reserved for the 6-10. Contact the Taj Mahal Hotel with your arrival information to reserve hotel transportation from the airport.

One-way travel from Mumbai to Delhi:
November 10, 2005: Please plan to arrive in Delhi some time in the morning, allowing you enough time to check into the Imperial Hotel and have lunch prior to our afternoon city tour, departing from the hotel at 2:00 pm. Flights from Mumbai to Delhi take approximately 2 hours. Please contact the Imperial Hotel with your arrival information to reserve hotel transportation from the airport. The following airlines provide service between these cities:

Departing from Delhi:
If you intend to depart immediately after the close of the formal program,
plan to book your flight out of Delhi on for the evening of the 11th.
